जीवन में ठहराव नहीं, केवल प्रवाह है| Jeevan mein teherav nahi, keval pravah hai. What this quote means is that there is always a flow in life. No matter what you do, where you go, the only constant is the continuity of life in its natural flow. This is one of my core philosophies of life and has been for decades now. I have often said that life is a series of commas, no full stops. The one resting period will be upon death. Until then, life is a flow of activities, from one to another.
In this new blog (and I say new because I haven’t blogged in nearly 8 years, at least not actively like I used to), I hope to hold myself accountable to writing about the many wonders of life that beckon me. Without being too philosophical, I want to write about aspects of my life without being bound by any specific theme. Back when I blogged regularly, all of them were thematic. I don’t care to do that anymore. In this blog, though, I primarily hope to write about my many DIY projects or experiments, the many lifestyle choices I make everyday, and general living. So, while it’s not specific to any one theme, it does have some general areas of foci.
I don’t know who will find this blog, who will read it, or who will like it. It doesn’t matter. The great thing about being in your 40s is that you don’t give a crap about those things…I am writing because I want to, not because I seek someone’s validation. Isn’t that just the most wonderful gift of aging!
